An ugly loss...

Better now than in two weeks: Niskayuna 54, Shaker 48. The culprit? The same problems that have dogged them occasionally this season: turnovers and defensive rebounding. Mostly turnovers. And they didn't get any help from the refs. And Nisky shot the ball pretty darn well. Still, 16-4 is the best Shaker regular season in 25 years. As I suspected, the crowd (for both teams) was very flat in the caveronous HVCC gym.
